Begin your luxurious journey with a light aircraft flight into the famous Sabi Sand Game Reserve, undoubtedly the most exclusive private game reserve in South Africa.  Sabi Sabi Game Reserve has always been known for its breathtaking wildlife encounters. Their quiet approach and the respect with which they conduct their safaris have ensured that guests get up close and exclusive with Africa’s amazing animals, enabling enthusiasts to take stunning photographs. Capturing safari experiences on camera has always been an integral part of the Sabi Sabi experience and the new digital age has made it easier for everyone to try their hand at taking the perfect picture. The Sabi Sabi Photo Safari offers guests the unique experience of being guided, by a professional photographer, through the intricacies of getting the very best out of a camera and of how to take that perfect, once in a lifetime, wildlife picture.

After four days of turn of the century elegance with personalized safari luxury, you’ll bid farewell, leaving by light aircraft to arrive into Pretoria. Pretoria is popularly known as The Jacaranda City due to the thousands of Jacaranda trees planted in its streets, parks and gardens.  Explore this city steeped in history including the Voortrekker Monument, Church Square and the Union Buildings, the site of the emotionally charged scene which played out at Nelson Mandela’s joyful inauguration as president in 1994.

The Pretoria Station is your departure point for your luxurious Blue Train to journey from Pretoria to Cape Town. En route to Cape Town there is a stopover and excursion in Kimberley, where you take a step back in time to the days of the diamond rush.  The Blue Train is the perfect way to explore South Africa’s beautiful countryside and rich heritage – the ultimate indulgence that will create memories to last a lifetime.  Butlers, silver trays, welcoming cocktails… Luxury takes on a new dimension with The Blue Train.

Welcome to Cape Town, affectionately known as the Mother City!  You have a day at leisure and we recommend that you visit the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront where you can explore the many boutique stores, watch the ships, liners and yachts or grab a bite to eat at one of the many great restaurants available.  For breathtaking panoramic views of Cape Town, take the aerial route on the cable car to the top of Table Mountain.

The full day Cape Peninsula will take you along the Atlantic seaboard via Hout Bay, to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and its scenic viewing point.  You’ll stop at Boulders Beach to see the African penguins, and then travel through the naval port of Simon’s Town.  Simon’s Town is situated in False Bay and is rich in history, character and atmosphere.  Alternatively, take a full day trip to the Cape Winelands.  This is a day of tranquillity and beauty in Paarl, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch in the Cape Winelands.  You’ll get to experience the rich historical and cultural heritage while sampling wines of merit at local well known wine estates.

Today once you have had breakfast and checked out, you will be transferred to Cape Town International Airport for your onward flight home.
